1. Do we need to make a reservation for the a la carte restaurant in advance?
Yes, a reservation is required. You can make the reservation via the Hotel App or with our Reception & Guest Relations. Kindly note that the a la carte restaurants are included, if you have booked all inclusive (once per stay, a minimum of 7 nights stay is required). If you have booked half board, the a la carte restaurants are with extra charge.
2. Is there a restriction on the number of times we can book?
Yes, if you have booked all inclusive, you can eat in each of the a la carte restaurants once. Kindly note that a 7 nights stay is required for the a la carte restaurants. If you have booked half board, the a la carte restaurants are at extra charge.
3. We have children, can we book in all the restaurants?
Yes you can visit all the restaurants. Please see restrictions above.
4. Do you provide Room Service?
Yes, against extra charge.
5. Can guests take food up to their room?
No, this is not allowed.
6. Is there a dress code policy?
Yes, the dress code is smart casual.
